Error Prompt during Installation for VSTO
If you encounter an error similar to the following during installation:
Please reinstall and select the option to install the VSTO support library components. In most cases, this will resolve the issue.
No Response from ExcelAI Interface
After successfully logging in, you can see the panel on the right but clicking has no effect:
AI Assistant Menu Not Displaying
If the Office/AI menu does not appear, possible reasons and solutions include:
VSTO Error or Intercepted by Antivirus Software during Installation
Reinstall the software following the steps in "Error Prompt during Installation for VSTO".
If antivirus software prompts during installation, choose to trust the installation.
No Error Prompt during Installation, but Menu Does Not Appear After Installation
Install the software compatible with versions >= Office 2013/>= WPS 2019.
For WPS, be aware that after installation, it may prompt to block third-party components. If blocked, reinstall both WPS and our software.
If overlapping with other software causes the menu not to appear, upgrade our software.
If none of the above methods work, find "Repair Office AI Assistant" in our software's start menu, run it, and attempt to repair.
Panel on the Right Sometimes Displays, Sometimes Does Not
When the network is slow or the machine performance is poor, the panel may fail to appear: Wait a moment or click on the menu.
Only the First Document Has the AI Assistant Panel
To avoid disruption, by default, the AI assistant panel is only displayed in the first document. To display it in subsequent documents, follow the steps in step 1.
Unable to Log in to the Software
Compatibility issues with versions may prevent login (e.g., lightweight Win7 + Office 2010).
